Quoting more than one job?

If you're quoting for two or more separate jobs in the same visit, list each one clearly so the AI can group them properly on your quote.

We'll generate a quote with each job's items clearly grouped together, so your customer can see exactly what they're paying for.

Adding an extra item to a job

Use the word "include" or "including" to force an extra item onto a job, even if it's not normally part of that work — it'll always appear as its own line.

This will add "Replacement filter" and "Printed album" as their own separate line items on the quote.

Excluding something from a job

Use "exclude", "excluding", "not including" or "excl." to keep something off the price entirely — it'll be noted on the quote instead of charged for.

The quote will note that the garage isn't included, without adding a charge for it.

Sizes and quantities

Add measurements (e.g. "4m x 3m room", "20 sq m") or counts (e.g. "x3 sessions", "for 2 people") and we'll scale the quantities and pricing to match — rather than guessing a single flat amount.

Supply only or labour only

Say "supply only" if you just want materials or products priced, or "labour only" / "service only" if the customer is supplying their own materials.
